• It isn't included tax of city: 4,5 euro/for day/for person - ultil 14 days - .

• Children under the age of 18 are excluded from the tourist tax.

Check-in: the apartment is assigned from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm (age > 18 years)

Check-out: by 11:00 am

Payment and Conditions:

• Cancellation of the reservation can be made up to 14 days before check-in. Allegra House will refund the amount paid, retaining  €10.00 as a practical investigation fee. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance paid will be retained.

• The reservation will not be final until payment is accounted for. In case of non-payment within 24 hours the reservation will be automatically canceled without notice.

• The balance will be paid as per agreements made.
• The additional change of linen (bed & bathroom), if requested, will cost €40.00
• It is not possible to welcome guests in the apartment other than those communicated to the PS.
• Pets allowed: small pets with a non-refundable deposit of €15.00.

A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
