When you book directly with Allegra House, you pay the accommodation rate directly to your host, without booking-platform commission.

Additional guests
For more than 2 guests, up to a maximum of 4:

Check-in & Check-out Information

Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
(Guests must be 18 years or older) -
Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Tourist tax
- The Milan tourist tax is €9.50 per person per night for guests aged 18 and over, for a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Some exemptions may apply according to the rules of the Municipality of Milan.

Payment
Payment can be made by:
- 💳 Credit card
- 💳 PayPal
You can also pay through PayPal without having a PayPal account.
Before booking
Cancellation
Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before check-in.
The amount paid will be refunded, minus a €10 administrative fee.
For cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, or in case of no-show, the deposit or advance payment will be retained.
Reservation confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed only after payment has been received.
If payment is not completed within 24 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Remaining balance
Any remaining balance must be paid according to the terms agreed at the time of booking.
Extra linen
An additional change of bed and bathroom linen is available on request for €40.
Guests
Only guests who have been registered at check-in may stay in the apartment.
For security and legal reasons, unregistered guests are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
Pets
Small pets are welcome.
A €15 non-refundable pet deposit applies.
Security deposit
A €100 refundable cash security deposit may be requested at check-in.
It will be returned at check-out after checking the condition of the apartment, provided there is no damage.
