Registrazione Ospite
Gentile ospite, come prevede la normativa italiana, tutti i gestori di strutture recettive ( in forma imprenditoriale e non ) hanno l'obbligo di comunicare i nominativi degli alloggiati alla Questura territorialmente competente. Per tale motivo, le chiedo di compilare questo modulo con i dati di tutti gli ospiti, bambini inclusi. Ai sensi del'articolo 13 del Codice sulla privacy ( D. Legisl. 196/2003 ), il trattamento dei suoi dati personali avverrà con correttezza e trasparenza per fini leciti e tutelando la sua riservatezza ed i suoi diritti.

Inviami una foto FRONTE/RETRO DEL DOCUMENTO e una foto del documento a fianco del tuo viso ( per certificare la veridicità del proprietario del documento ) e invierò personalmente i dati in Questura. Le foto verranno da me cancellate una volta avvenuta la registrazione e riceverai le istruzioni per accedere ad Allegra House in totale libertà.

Guest Registration
Dear guest, as required by Italian law, homeowners are obliged to communicate the names of the residentes guests to the territorially competent police headquarters. For this reason, I ask you to fill in this form with the data of ALL the people who will stay in the house, including children.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR EVERY GUEST:
Send me a FRONT / BACK photo OF THE DOCUMENT and a photo of the document next to your face (to certify the veracity of the owner of the document) and I will personally send the data to the Police Headquarters. The photos will be deleted by me once registration is complete and you'll receive instructions to access Allegra House in total freedom.
